How can we get some Wreaths put on some Veterans graves for Christmas. We are part of Wreaths Across America out of Georgia we cover the Historic National Cemetary Andersonville Have Four uncles and one Aunt that are laid to rest there. Thinking about next year seeing tomorrow is Christmas EVE Thank you

Have eight grave plot on cottage street. Four of these graves will not be used. Can I sell these four graves back to Oak Grove?
