Q&A

This is a 92-yr old former Lawrencian who has many fond memories of that imposing water tower and also of the Bellevue cemetery. While my father took many home movies of my brothers and myself romping around those beautiful grounds way back in the Thirties, I no longer have access to them. Most sentimentally I remember great fun catching pollywogs in the frog pond, while leaves from a lovely overhanging weeping willow tree fluttered down around us. Oh dear, I'm really growing nostalgic 😊. And so I'm wondering if you might have a photo in your archives of the pond during that period. In searching the Internet, I've found only versions after it was filled in. Thank you! My fingers are crossed :). – Barbara L.
