Can a person visit after hours when it's closed

I have visited my mother's gave after hours. There is a side street (Mt Pleasant St) that you can park on, and walk in through the side entrance from that street

My grandfather Manuel Mello Vincent was buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery June 1970. He died June 21, 1970. Is there a way to find out where he is buried?

My Aunt Caroline Anderson always had a flag on her grave. She was a Veteran. The flag has been gone for awhile. She is buried near her sister and brother in law, Maurice and Sedelia Dionne. Maurice has his flag but Caroline’s in gone.
