Q&A
Hello. I am searching for the graves of John Dillon Smith (died 5 March 1933, buried 7 March 1933) and his wife Honora ‘Nora’ Horsburgh Smith (died 28 Sep 1934, buried 1 Oct 1934). Both are listed in Illinois, Cook County Deaths as buried at Mount Auburn.
I would really appreciate any information you might find for my great uncle & his wife. Sincerely, Nora Kelly nkguelphbay@gmail.com

Are you allowing "Celebration of Life" services at the gravesite now? If so how many people can come? We would like to plan a marine service. Is there a certain day of the week or time that you allow these to happen?

Hi, I am looking for an ancestor's grave site that I think is in your cemetery. His name was Winfield Scott VanDorn and his obit was published in the Chicago Tribune on December 28, 1923 stating "burial at Mount Auburn Cemetery." Any information will be greatly appreciated! John Terwilliger, Charleston, IL
