Ho do I find out whether an ancestor is buried in this cemetery or not? I am looking for the grave of Almira McAllister Schofield. I know her husband Rev. James Henry Schofield is buried in the Freeport City Cemetery -- as is his second wife Caroline McAllister Schofield. But I can't find the grave of his first wife who died in 1825. (Two years after Almira died, James married her sister Caroline. I understand this was not uncommon.) – Anne S.
