Megan — Office staff are unhelpful and uncaring. One in particular is downright hateful. I'd take her being fake pleasant, and me knowing it's fake, over her nastiness, rudeness and disdain. Been in the job too long? Not sure, but remember who you are serving. Grieving people.

L. McGahee — I was extremely disappointed to find that the 2 concrete planters that were over 100 years old were gone from my parents plot. They rested on the foundation of the headstone marker. We went to the office on 03/29/20 and was told that your policy has changed and some items were thrown off of the cemetery.... Read more

Random ToyFun — The office is really helpful in helping you find your relatives however I’ve found over the years they’ve really neglected the duck pond. It used to be a lot prettier:

Julie LaPierre — When are you going to turn the water on? I called over a month ago and now it's hot as blue blazes and the first week of June is almost over. We like to put real flowers on our loved ones graves. Why are you waiting so long. This is ridiculous!

Svetlana Gerhardt — This cemetery is the best in augusta that I can see, the duck pond needs attention and the ducks need shelter. , it seems the office could make sure that the ducks are properly cared for.
