How much would two plots be?

I have plots there. In 2018 I sent a check to have 2 put in my daughters name and nothing happened. I was told they did not get the check so I made out another check and sent it on 11/28/20 and still the check has not been cashed and no deed. Please let me know what is happening.

My father William Woodard is buried there. He had an eternal light on his grave and it's on the grave to his right. I was there this weekend and I tried to take it out of the grave next to him but I couldn't. Could you please replace the light on my dad's grave.
