What is the price of a plot in the grassy area? I would like to get a plot next to my Dad, Arnold Peterson.

Hello Susan, my mom passed and was buried in Phoenix, however has a lot in the grassy area that I am getting ready to list for sale. She purchased it on May 9, 2012 and I will be listing for $900.00 & the cost of the deed transfer which is $75.00.
