Is there any rules about wind phones. It is basically a wooden box on a small pole like for a mailbox. I have a beautiful old rotary dial phone to place in there. Basically you can pick up the phone and talk to a loved one in heaven and the wind will take the message to them. I would love to do this and I will keep it beautiful and handle the upkeep.
