A plot. Green burial??

My Wife, Sharon J. Rhymes, passed away on Feb 7 2023, I had my Granddaughter drop off her ashes to be placed in our Columbarium. You told me that was done but her date of death has yet to be cut into the Columbarium face plate. It's been over a year, and I feel that's more than enough time for this to have been accomplished. Please respond and send me a photo when finished.

Why can't I get a response from you? I made Tiara aware of our desire to purchase a plot at my husband's mothers grave. We agreed on a price and Tiara said she would email us the contract...this was April 5, 2021. We began this process on February 10, 2021. And looking at the reviews for this cemetery, I will be waiting about 3 years to receive a response, if any is to be received at all. Isn't there someone out there who cares? Isn't there a Board to oversee this business?
