When is decoration?

It is the second Sunday in May-Mother's Day.
Need a phone number to contact. I live further south towards Montgomery, and can’t just drive to find someone to talk to about my mother’s grave. Rain has washed it out. She was recently buried there in March. Please help.

My grandparents have a double plot over there. Many years ago they sold 1/2 the plot to my fathers mother. Since then she has passed away and was laid to rest in SC. and my father has been laid to rest at another cemetery. I was given the deed at her death since i still live in the area. Who or what do I need to do to be able to use this plot for my self?
