Justiniano B. Simpelo, 77, of San Diego, C.A., passed away peacefully on June 19, 2022.
He was born on December 11, 1944 in Gen. Trias, Cavite, Philippines. Took his education and graduated Bachelor of Science in Radio and Electronics Engineering at Feati University and completed the Basic Satellite Earth Station Operations and Maintenance Course at the Philippine Overseas Telecommunications, Domestic Satellite Philippines, Inc.
