Mom was a fighter. She contracted Covid-19/Pneumonia in 2021 in which it severely compromised her lungs. She was hospitalized 6 total weeks in 2021 and placed in 2 different rehab facilities for therapy. Being led by the spirit of God I moved her to Atlanta for in home support and care however, she was hospitalized 3 more times from December 2021 to March 2022. Her spirit remained strong throughout this ordeal. She'd call friends and siblings often while talking at the top of her lungs. She was not herself the day before transitioning. She was extremely weak and lethargic. I asked her how she was doing where she replied "I'm going to be ok". She did not awake at all the next day. As I sat watching her sleep I noticed a smile on several occasions. I stepped away to take a nap for a moment but when I returned I realized she made her transition. It was the hardest thing a loved one could see. My siblings, family and those who knew her are thankful for your prayers and well wishes. God Bless.
