Bruce Randall McCullough was born in Roswell, NM on April 2nd of 1962. Bruce was the son of the late Otis Ray McCullough and Susan Arlene (Lang) McCullough Smylie. Bruce was a long-time resident of Douglas Wyoming, having graduated from Douglas High School in 1980 where he was a varsity Football athlete.
