Here are some other details that are important to me:

If the family wants to see me before I am released to the donation facility, let them have time with me. I have papers for the donation facility I chose it will be 6 months to a year before I am returned to the family. When they return me, I would like a small graveside service for anyone wanting to come when I am placed in my spot beside Titus. When I die, I would like a memorial service right after. for me with possibly and EMPTY URN because I wont be back for a while. Internment service at a later date.
