Zynallah's obituary
In Loving Memory of Zynallah Unique Henderson
Zynallah Unique Henderson was born on October 13, 2013, in Albany, New York, at St. Peter’s Hospital, to her loving parents, Erik Henderson and Nicole Davis. From the very beginning, Zynallah was a bright, curious, and one-of-a-kind spirit whose presence brought warmth and laughter to everyone around her. She passed away on February 1, 2026, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
As a toddler, she spent special time with her father going to the library, where her early love of books began. That love of reading grew into a strong dedication to her schoolwork, and Zynallah proudly remained an honor roll student since her elementary years. She was intelligent, creative, and full of promise.
Zynallah had a deep love for music of all kinds, especially K-pop. Her favorite groups included Enhypen, Stray Kids, and Katseye. Music brought her joy and was one of the ways she connected with the world around her.
She loved being in the kitchen. At just 12 years old, she would wake up and cook breakfast and enjoyed baking sweets to share with her siblings and even neighbors next door. Caring for others came naturally to her. She adored her four younger siblings and was especially loving and protective of her twin sisters. She loved playing Roblox with her younger brother and making TikTok dance videos with her mother and little sister.
One of her special bonding times was with her mother, getting her hair washed and set — moments filled with closeness, care, and love that will be treasured forever.
Zynallah was goofy, silly, and full of personality. She often held her feelings inside and tried to be strong, and could be a little dramatic at times — just like many kids her age — but she was deeply loving and tender-hearted. She enjoyed family movie nights, especially horror films, trips with her father to Barnes & Noble and the library for books, anime, and comics, she loved going anywhere there was water, including pools and water parks.
Though her time here was far too short, Zynallah’s life was filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories. Her family will carry her spirit with them always.
