Zymere Lewis passed away on February 03, 2023 at the age of 6, following a long battle of illness.

Zymere was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 27, 2016 to parents, Lisa Smith and Roderick Lewis. He was a happy and very smart child, that always enjoyed being around family and friends and being the center of their world.  

 He proudly stated that he wanted to be one of those “nice doctors that always helped him feel better and gave him treats” when he grew up. Zymere also loved video games, storytelling and eating pizza and fries.

After Zymere was told his little body couldn’t take too much more, he was so calm and told his mother “not to cry because I will see you again and everything is going to be okay. There’s no pain in the place I’m going”  

We will say our farewell’s February 8th, 2023 at New Bethel Chapel in Nahunta, Ga, 285 West Villa rd. From 1:30pm until 3pm. Immediately followed by his home going celebration 3:30pm-6:30pm at the Social Hall where food and refreshments will be served and his memory will be honored. 

Zymere’s memory will forever be cherished by all family members, friends, teachers, doctors and nurses that crossed paths with this brave and sweet little soul.
