It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Zofia Jurkiewicz, a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, and aunt. Born on May 12, 1966, Zofia left this world too soon on September 17, 2024.
Zofia will be deeply missed by her devoted husband, Ted Jurkiewicz, and their two loving sons, Dominic and Derek Jurkiewicz. Her profound influence on their lives cannot be understated, and her spirit will continue to guide them in their journeys.
In addition to her immediate family, Zofia leaves behind her esteemed mother, Helena Szala. She is also survived by her sisters, Maria Zolkewsky and Halina Mikolajczyk, and her brothers Janusz and Stanislaw Szala. Zofias spirit will also be remembered by her 13 nieces and nephews as well as her 9 great nieces and nephews. Zofia's beautiful light touched each member of her family, and her memory will be cherished forever.
Zofia was a woman of remarkable character, described by those close to her as sweet, caring, and beautiful inside and out. Her unwavering dedication to her loved ones was evident in all aspects of her life. Zofia was a pillar of strength in her family, radiating warmth and kindness.
A viewing for Zofia will be held on September 24, 2024, from 2:00PM-8:00PM at Elton Black Funeral Home in White Lake, MI. This gathering will provide a space for friends and family to celebrate Zofia's life and legacy while supporting each other during this difficult time. A funeral will be held on September 25th, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Marys church located at 1955 E Commerce Rd in Milford, MI.
