It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Zoe Maryam Alford, at the young age of 16, on January 31, 2023.

Zoe was born on February 6, 2006 to Brian and Keionii Alford in Atlanta, Georgia.  

Zoe was a bright and talented young woman who had a passion for STEM, helping unhoused humans secure stable and sustainable housing, and environmental issues. 

Zoe attended Connections Academy and was an active member of an all-girl robotics team serving as the Safety Captain among other leadership roles.  She was also a part of the Green Alliance and was passionate about recycling and the environment.  In her free time, she loved spending time with her friends and family, attending concerts with her cousins, and exploring her passions in art, architecture and music. Zoe met her best friends when they were all babies.

 Zoe’s memory will forever be cherished by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and her robotics team. 

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Hope Funeral Home.
