We mourn the untimely passing of Zixuan Xu, who was born on November 9, 2016, and passed away on August 13, 2023. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Zixuan was a beacon of strength and courage throughout his short, but significant life.

Zixuan is survived by his loving father Xiaofei Xu, adored mother Hong Wang, and cherished sister Ziyue Xu. Their immense love for him was evident, as was his for them. His loss will leave a void that can never be filled, but his spirit will continue to live on in their hearts and memories.

Zixuan was diagnosed with RMS cancer on June 9, 2021. Despite his young age, he battled the disease with a bravery that was awe-inspiring. He underwent his first chemotherapy treatment on June 2021, and began his first round of radiotherapy on Sep 2021. His indomitable spirit was evident throughout his treatment journey.

A viewing for Zixuan will be held on August 25, 2023, at 11:30 AM at 1050 S Bascom Ave. A burial will then proceed at 1:30 PM at 22555 Cristo Rey Dr. It will be a time to commemorate Zixuan's precious life and the unforgettable moments he gifted to those fortunate to have known him.

Each of Zixuan's birthdays was a celebration of his resilience. From his first birthday on November 9, 2017, through to his sixth and final birthday on November 9, 2022, each milestone was a testament to his fighting spirit and the love that surrounded him.

Though Zixuan's journey on earth was short, his impact was profound. He taught us all about the power of optimism, the value of courage, and the unconditional love that is family. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to be a source of inspiration for all who knew him.
