Zech's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Zechariah "Zech" Felix on October 25, 2024. Born on September 12, 1995 to Robert and Nancy Felix, Zechariah was a spirited and enthusiastic individual whose presence brought joy to all those who knew him. Despite also being known as Zechariah, he preferred to be called Zech.
Zech leaves behind a family who adored and loved him. His siblings Anna Wolske, Charise Leung, Daniella Casey, Eric Felix, Joel Bournival, Sasha Lieske, Sarah Welk, are left to grapple with the loss of a beloved sibling. In addition their spouses Ethan Welk, Justin Casey, Shane Wolske, Tammy Bournival, and Tom Lieske, and nieces and nephews Amelia, Elly, Elsie, Theodore and Walter mourn his loss.
Zech was a proud alumni of Gillett High School, graduating in 2014. The same year, he embarked on his professional journey as the founder of FelixLinks. He was also a member at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and had a profound love for his place of worship.
Few could match Zech's unusual tastes and interests. He loved pork rinds, spicy food and Mountain Dew. He was always looking for a new spicy food challenge. He took immense interest in diverse forms of art, including anime, animal sketches, and character drawings. His leisure time was often spent gaming, drawing, watching anime, learning new languages, biking, and walking in nature. He loved sharing his passions with others, often streaming on YouTube or Twitch his gaming or creating Animation. He enjoyed the peace and sanctuary of outdoors while walking his dog Kuma regularly.
Those who were fortunate to know Zech described him as a person of quirky humor. He was lighthearted and silly, and loved making those around him laugh. His legacy, is a legacy of joy and of embracing one's authentic self.
A funeral service honoring Zech's life will be held on November 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. We invite all those who knew and loved Zech to join us in celebrating his life and mourning his passing.
