Sending you love on the anniversary you went to be with our Heavenly Father. Paul and I miss having you and Victor visit us. We know one day we will see you again.  We continue to pray for peace for your family. 

Zaida, I am at a complete loss.  I remember years ago, when I interviewed you for the SCH Call Center, that you would be special.  You had a genuine interest in the wellbeing of others, you brought a brightness wherever you were.  You were a star performer and had a way with people.  That's why I encourage you to share your gift to nurture and teach others.  I left SHC in 2016, but continued to chat with you periodically through email.  I have always loved and admired you and the entire SHC team.  You are all still my family. Learning of your passing truly broke my heart.  I send you on your journey with all my love and prayers.  I send your daughter, your husband and your family my deepest condolences and my love.  I will always have you in my heart and in my memories.  Thank you for sharing your smile and your spirit with us.  Rest in peace Zaida.  🙏🏼❤️

We thought of you today. But that is nothing new. We thought about your yesterday. And days before that too. We think of you in silence. We often speak your name. Now all we have are memories. And your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake. With which we’ll never part. God has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts.     Victor and Serenity, our deepest condolence goes out to you and yours. Marlone and I were saddened when we were made aware of Zaida's ascension.   Zaida was my 1st OPS trainer extraordinaire and confidant. Zaida had a wonderful way of teaching a person.  Zaida was compassionate and caring. Zaida was an excellent example of SHC CI-Care...   I will miss Zaida one on one conversations and our mutual love for wine and occasional conversations of where to go for relaxation local to the Bay Area ie: Napa, or Hotel Valencia, Santana Row.  Thank you for sharing her & letting her spirit shine.  Zaida had the best stories she would share with me regarding Victor and Serenity.  Clink Clink Clink my friend as we cheer until we see each other again at Heaven's gate.
