Zachery Thomas Blackburn's ashes will be interred at the Payson City Cemetery in Payson, Utah. He will be interred with his birth mother, Shannon Jeanne Smith Crenshaw Blackburn. Interment will take place at the Payson City Cemetery, 400 North 800 East Payson, UT 84651.
We are heartbroken over the loss of Zachery. To know him was to love him, and he will be greatly missed.
