Zachary Dale Schott was born asleep on Thursday,  December 29, 2022  at 1:17 pm. Zach, aka Mr. Bean, was already loved and greatly treasured by his father and mother, Joseph Franklin Schott and Jennifer Lynn (Cross) Schott and other family and friends. At his time of birth he weighed 4lbs, 3 ounces and was 18 inches long.

He is survived by his big sister, Kira Anya Schott; his grandfather Samuel Dale Cross; grandparents Joe and Kim Schott, aunts and uncles Matthew Schott, Timothy and Kaela Schott, and Katarina and Jack Grina; and cousins Joshua, Jessica, Charlotte, and Ivana Coco.

Zachary loved honey nut Cheerios, sugar-free vanilla Starbucks iced coffee, salad, and all sorts of vegetables. He anticipated all of this with gusto and danced after meals. Unlike his big sister, he hated spicy things and sweets. He had a talent to shy away from being touched by anyone when he stretched, but knew he was greatly loved and wanted. By all accounts he was a miracle from the beginning--having conquered a copper IUD, his mother's unexpected diabetic coma, and his big sister's enthusiastic hugs.

Ecclesiastes 11:5 "As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother's womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things."
