I just seen this and I'm devastated.  I was Zach's team leader at help at home and he was the best client I ever had.  Loved playing with cards and loved his coffee and we would go to Starbucks all the time and we would watch Thomas the train all the time.  This is very hard for me.  Cuz I use to take care of home back in 2013 til 2016 and then I got back to him in 2018 til 2020.  This is very hard cuz I was just thinking about him and then I seen this and I'm so upset.  My condolences go out to Jacqueline.  You did everything for Zach and Everytime I met you u loved how well I took care of him.  Love u Zach I always have.
