It is with profound sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Zachary Alexander Gomez on February 27, 2025. Born on July 20, 2000, Zachary brought two and a half decades of laughter, love, and light into our lives.

Zachary was the cherished son of Diana and Rolando Gomez, and the beloved brother of Wilson Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, Nick Rodriguez, and Brandon Gomez. His nieces, Shore and Shelly Rodriguez held a special place in his heart, along with his grandmother, Gloria Marotte, and cousin/best friend Darnell Bennett. He also leaves behind many aunts and uncles including his favorite aunt, Lisa Snyder. His many cousins meant so much to him and he always enjoyed the time he was able to spend with Ashley Snyder, Kevin Wisdom, and Antwond Roberts. All will miss him dearly.

Graduating from Charlotte High School in 2018, Zachary remained a lifelong learner, always eager to share his learnings with others. His life lessons of lighting up a room, the importance of family, and loving others unequivocally have penetrated deep into the hearts of those he encountered.

The true essence of Zachary's spirit can be best described as kind, loving, with the most contagious laughter. With a heart far bigger than most, Zachary lived his life trying to help anyone he could, leaving a lasting legacy of kindness.

Zachary loved nothing more than spending quality time with his family, especially his nieces. His unique ability to make every family gathering brighter and every moment memorable is a testament to his ever-lively spirit.

While the sadness is overwhelming, we are comforted knowing that Zachary was incredibly loved by all who knew him. His life may have been short, but his impact will last a lifetime.

We invite all those who were touched by the life of Zachary to remember his incredible journey with us. His hearty laughter, inherent kindness, and loving legacy will forever live in our hearts.
