It’s so hard losing a loved one. I hope everyone comes through this hard time by remembering how much she loved her family and friends.
Bonnie, or Bonsai, as I used to call her, was my sister-cousin.  My mom, Yolanda was the eldest of 6, Auntie Rachel the second eldest.  The 3 kids of our family - me, Rene, & Ray Jr, and the 3 of Auntie Rachel's - Elaine, Helen & Bonnie rarely spent a weekend without one another as children...and of course got into a lot of trouble together! LOL.   Bonsai was the quintessential fiery red head trouble maker. To me she was a goddess. A bad ass journey -woman carpenter and doting mom to Tommy and Jimmy, and granddaughter Emily. Live large across the veil Bons, and say hi to the folks! I love you always, Xihua.

I have been in the family for over 30 years. I have shared many family dinners, birthdays, and holiday celebrations. Good times, great memories. My deepest condolences and love goes out to all the family. You will be missed Bonnie. ...

Dear Family and Friends ,

It is with deep sadness and heaviness in our hearts that we share the news of Yvonne Marie Rizzo’s passing. Bonnie, as many knew her, was my dear aunt, a devoted mother to my cousins Thomas and James, and a loving grandmother, daughter, and sister. She was a core part of our family who touched our lives in a special way and leaves an unforgettable mark in the hearts of all who knew her.

We invite you to join our family at Yvonne’s funeral service and to celebrate her beautiful life at a reception to follow.

As you may know in difficult times like these, funeral arrangements and associated costs can prove to be challenging. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the family—any contribution, no matter how small or large, will be greatly appreciated and will help us ensure a dignified farewell to our beloved Yvonne.

If you would like to help, you can make an online donation to the following accounts:

Thank you in advance for your consideration, kindness, and empathy during this difficult time for us. Your support means a lot to us and will help us get through this pain with a little more ease.

With respect and gratitude,

Jessika Fairbanks

(Niece to Yvonne Rizzo)
