Yucel, a retired architect, passed away on October 20th, 2021, after a long battle with dementia. He was 86 years old and has resided in Raleigh NC for the past 34 years.

Yucel was born in Turkey, as the oldest child and only son to Hussein and Kamuran Okcetin, who both pre-deceased him. He is survived by his three beloved sisters, Nihal, Meral, and Inal Okcetin. Yucel …
