Yolanda Mae Wilber (née Knapp), born January 4, 1938, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2015, at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Yolanda (Landy) was a loving wife to the late Raymond Wilber and the cherished daughter of the late Orlo and Dorothy Knapp. She is survived by her devoted sister, Shirley Guild; her beloved daughters, Deborah Williams and Kelly Timmerick; and her treasured grandchildren—Stacy Jitianu, Meagan Middleton, Shawn Timmerick, and Matthew Timmerick. She also leaves behind five adored great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy.

A caring and giving person, Yolanda touched the lives of everyone she met. She was a fierce and loyal friend, loved by many, and known for her warmth, wit, and kindness.

Yolanda spent most of her life in Royal Oak, Michigan, where she and her husband raised their family. Later in life, she enjoyed working part-time at Beaumont Hospital, where her compassion and cheerful spirit brightened the days of both coworkers and patients. She especially loved spending summers at her daughter’s lake house in White Lake, surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and the beauty of nature.

Yolanda’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
