My deepest condolences to Yolanda’s family. I met her at Eliana’s and Chris’s, and she immediately accepted me, Don and Amelia/Pedelia as her own family. So many memories of great parties learning to Salsa and Mamamama’s delicious food, as well as learning about Peruvian culture. May her memory and unconditional love live on in her daughters and grand children. Sending my love to all.

My beloved abuela, Mamamama has gently crossed into the eternal, but her love surrounds me still—like sunlight warming my soul. A radiant matriarch, she lived her life as a living prayer—an embodiment of unconditional love, always thinking of her family before herself. The most generous soul I’ve known. She showed us that true wealth is love freely given.
It was a sacred honor to witness her final breath. In that quiet moment, her light returned to the stars.
Now her voice whispers, guiding me with the same love that shaped my spirit. She is my ancestral flame—forever burning in the core of who I am.
La sangre de nuestra familia es fuerte. Estás conmigo siempre. Mi mejor amiga, te quiero Mamamama💜
