Ya Ya was so funny and sweet. She was insecure at times and hid it with her laugh. You either loved her or she would make you love her. She acted like it didn't matter if you did or not; but she actually really wanted everyone to love her. She gave her all in her friendships. I was so proud of her for putting her story out there (when she wrote it for one of her classes and it was published) and being completely raw and vulnerable. That takes a lot.  She was kind and considerate and I always enjoyed her smile and warm greetings.  She was a bright spot any day that you saw her. I'll never forget her. She will be missed by many!

What made Yaya/huggies different from most people was her ability to simply be herself. She was raw, authentic, loyal, loving, sweet && always a GREAT time. Even if someone couldn’t STAND my huggies, they couldn’t help that she was someone people wanted to know, && or be around. She was just that funny. I’m gone miss her dearly. She was a good friend of mine for about 8.5yrs of MY time. I Love You Huggies. Rest In Paradise My Baby💐💔

I just found out today and I'm very sad! Yaya was a really sweet woman to me! We didn't know eachother too long but I felt very close to her! Now I know why she quit messaging me so suddenly! I will miss her soo much! I'm so sorry for our loss of a very trusting kind woman!
