Yakov Epshteyn, 48, of Cedarburg, WI, passed away on April 15, 2023 after a long battle with chronic illness.

Yakov was born on July 31, 1974 to Leonid and Nadezhda in Minsk, Belarus. After graduating from high school in Minsk, Yakov emigrated to the US with his father and two sisters, Leila and Natasha. He then studied to be a tool and dye maker at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).
