Wyfy Issente, 71, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2021 after a short illness.

She was born on January 21, 1950, and grew up in Watertown, Massachusetts with three siblings. She married Haldor Issente in 1970 and moved to their hilltop home in Hartland, Vermont, where they lived for 49 years.

Wyfy began weaving in the 1970s and worked alongside her husband for 45 years. Free-spirited, quick-witted, and full of joy, she loved gardening, playing instruments, knitting and crafting, and playing lively board games with her great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Haldor Issente, daughter Meieli Sawyer, and son Hali Issente. She was pre-deceased by daughters Charity Sawyer and Patience Hutt. She is also survived by grandchildren Sierra Hutt, Hunter Hutt, Trakker Hutt, and Daisy Hutt, and great-grandchildren Lily, Milo, and Addison.
