Obituary

Wintom Wing Tong Chan, a man of many eras, dutiful brother, caring husband, perceptive father, and our cheeky Baba Win, joined his wife in Heaven on November 6, 2025.

Wintom was a man of duty, the second eldest of six siblings. He answered the call at a very early age, together with his sister, to support his father and care for his younger brothers and sister. He learned the importance of responsibility, leadership, and …
