My heart is broken amongst the many broken hearts and I am moved beyond words. What a blessing it was to know such a wonderful soul. I had the great fortune to meet Winston at GSA when I volunteered to mentor in a local DC high school with the ACE Mentor Program. Winston was the lead mentor and served in this volunteer role giving back to his community for many years. Winston was a major contributor to making GSA a great place to work. He always extended a great smile and helping hand to others. I thank his family for wrapping him in love every day so he could venture into the world and share it with us. Rest in peace kind soul.

... After graduation numerous visits to my house and me to his
... His joyful speech a Joy's 70th Birthday celebration
... Being chauffeur driven by him to Philadelphia for the Penn Relays

Just a few of the numerous memories I have of Winston and the over 30 years of friendship we shared.
