Wilton Ray Clark, age 67. A resident of the Slapout community, passed away on September 20th at his home surrounded by loved ones. He is preceded in death by his parents James Angus Lewis and Lela Mae Oates, sister Mary Lewis, brothers Frankie Lewis and Jim Clark. He is survived by his partner of 40 years, Pat Carr, who cared for him deeply and was always there for him. Sons James Clark(Tonya Clark) and Billy Ray Clark. Daughter, Jenny Carr Vines(Harvey Vines). Brothers George Clark and John Lee Clark. Sisters Birtie Page, Linda Lewis, Florence Watson, Faye Burkhalter, Ann Jackson. Many grandchildren, neices, nephews, cousins and many friends of the Slapout community. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 25th at 12 noon in Rockford at Swamp Creek cemetery.
