Wilms's obituary
Wilma was born in French Camp, California on September 19, 1928 to Ludwig and Esther Seibel. She grew up in Galt, California on her family’s farm and was one of five children; her parents and siblings predeceased her. She graduated from Galt High School in 1946 and married Chester C. Aldridge of Lodi, California in 1948.
Wilma spent her career in California as a bookkeeper for Lodi Lawnmower Center and later for Graffigna Fruit Company both located in Lodi. She was a member of the Woodbridge Order of the Eastern Star in Woodbridge, California and served as a council member for Jobs Daughters Bethel #276 in Lodi. She later married Otto Aman also of Lodi.
Wilma relocated to Grants Pass, Oregon in 1989 to be near her family and to help care for and spend time with her two young grandsons. In addition, she worked as a bookkeeper and payroll clerk for Don Jackson. Besides spending time with her beloved family, Wilma enjoyed participating in the Grants Pass Christian Singles group, and liked listening to Christian and country music. Throughout her life, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, arts and crafts, and was an avid Bridge, Bingo, and Bunco player.
Wilma is survived by her daughter Randi (Aldridge) Jiron, her son John Aldridge, her grandsons Joseph Jiron and Michael Jiron, and her great-grandson Ezekiel Jiron.
Inurnment will be at Harmony Grove Cemetery in Lockeford, California where a graveside memorial is to be held this summer.
