Wilma Hester Farmer moved to her Heavenly home on May 21, 2025. Wilma was a special lady, she was a dedicated worker and never missed a day at Gaston County Dye for many years. She was a member of Goshen Presbyterian church where she was the treasurer. She had a huge heart, great kindness and a smile that would light the entire room! She found the love of her life Aaron, he waited patiently for 18 years to get her back! She always talked about her mama  and her daddy who she absolutely adored.  The sky cried and the thunder roared after she passed, Wilma definitely stirred the heavens upon her arrival! You are so missed already, but we’re happy you’re reunited  with Paw Paw and our Lord  and savior. 

While  there is no tragedy in the death of an 86 year old lady grief is inevitable we all loved her so very much and God gave us the blessings of more years with her than we deserve…. While we didn’t want to let you go it was just Gods time to bring you home. The balloons fell to the ground…

You still kept a smile for pictures…..

You fought back with dignity and determination and always kindness……… (mostly) lol ……… The balloons have now risen because you are no longer in pain  you are happily reunited with all your  loved ones that went before you! We loved you then, we love you now we love you always!
