William (Willy) James Henson passed away at his home on January 17th.

Willy was born on November 6th, 1940 to William and Margaret Henson in Miami, Florida.

Willy was a talented early rock and roll singer. He recorded for USA, Columbia and Warner Bros. records from 1960 to 1966. He also worked as an operating engineer for Local 150 for over 50 years. He loved listening to the oldies, going to the flea market, watching Da Bears, making jokes and would try to put a smile on everyone’s face. He warmed and lifted the hearts of all and will be truly missed!

Willy is survived by his two daughters, Holly Joi Rigsby and her husband Patrick, Carrie Ann Felger and her husband Chad, his treasured grandchildren, Tyler Adamson, Alex Rigsby, Cameron Felger, Payge Felger, his sister (Sissy) Marcia Trozzy and his two brothers George Henson and Tim Henson and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and incredible friends.
