The heart of our family went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 31, 2025.  Willnia Amburgey was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved husband, Layton Amburgey; her mother and father, Ben & Myrtle Woods; her 3 brothers, Vogal, Albert and C.C. Woods and 1 sister Delma Morgan.

 Willnia lived a life of selfless devotion to her family and friends, leaving an enduring legacy of great love and unconditional care. We are beyond blessed that she was ours! 

She is survived by her two sons, Lonnie James Amburgey and Kenneth Daryl (June) Amburgey; her grandson Kevin Amburgey and 3 granddaughters, Kelli (Marty) Collins, Amiee Grover, Cayla Amburgey. She also leaves behind 6 great-grand children:  Lilli (Evan) Margerum, Isabella Collins, Ethan Paszkiewicz, Aydin Grover, Emilee Grover, Brennen Grover. She is going to be the best guardian angel to her first great-great grand child coming this summer. 

Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be laid to rest with the love of her life, Layton, in Florida.
