Background

We're raising money to help support Willie's family during this difficult time. Donations will be used to cover funeral expenses . We are incredibly grateful for everyone's love and support. Willie J. Pryor was one of six children born to the late J.T. Pryor and Lula Mae Pryor. Willie was born on September 26, 1957 in Tunica, Mississippi.
Willie graduated from the, "Big Blue", Akron South High School in 1976. After graduating, Willie went on to serve in the Ohio National Guard. Willie's journey continued as he worked in the medical field and as a laborer throughout his life time. Willie was a Sportsman; he participated in sports as a young man and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. Willie retired from working in 2020.
Willie departed this life and began another on February 6, 2024 after a long illness and courage battle.
Willie was preceded in death by his father, J.T. Pryor and sister, Emma Garrett. He leaves to mourn his memory, Mother: Lula Mae Pryor, sisters: Teresa Pryor and Nellie (Matthew) Rogers, brothers: TJ (Marlene) Pryor and Don (Claire) Pryor. Children: Sierra Pryor; Crystal Pryor; Carlisa Jeffrey, and Demetrius Jeffrey. Grandchildren: Ce'Azia Watson; Syriah Watson; Bre"Awna Hambrick; Ja'Hase Jeffrey;Eric Lamon; Dashana Jeffrey and Darnell Gaines. Great grandchildren: Ka'Lani Jeffrey and Ja'Kari Burley.
Willie also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
