Willie Mae Towler-Kenner (Fowlkes) , 78, of Towson, MD] passed away on December 10, 2020 peacefully at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Willie Mae was born on August 27, 1942 to Elvira Fitzgerald and Raymond Fowlkes in Nottaway County, Virginia. Willie Mae received her education at Nottaway County Public Schools. After living her life in Virginia she relocated to Baltimore, Maryland.

In 1986,she met LLoyd James Kenner, and they wed on May 27, 1994, going on to live a loving life together.

Willie Mae was predeceased by [Elvira Fowlkes (mother), Raymond Fowlkes (father), Larry D. Fowlkes (son), Mary Louise Fitzgerald (sister), Buster (brother), Baby (brother)]. [She] is survived by [Lloyd James Kenner loving and devoted husband, son Quentin Towler(Cynthia Wilson), daughter Diane Hopkins-Miller, daughter Rose Hopkins (Calvin Bruton), and son Robert Hopkins (Nanette Cooper). and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and family friends who adored her so. She was so loved and will be forever missed. You are forever embedded in our hearts.
