My deepest condolences to you And your family Marsha! Thank you for sharing your Mom with me ! She spent most her life as a teacher and I had the privilege of learning many life lessons from her! At the time I rebelled against her guidance, but now that I’m older, I understand and live by her advice. She was an amazing woman, mother and wife and she loved you soo much Marsha! She is now pain free, watching over and protecting you everyday ! She will be missed ❤️🙏🏾

Marsha, I don't remember if I ever told you, but when we were little littles, I asked my (recently divorced) Dad if YOUR Mom could be MY Mom. I told him you wanted a sister, and I wanted a sister. It would be perfect. We were so young, I don't recall all the details. I just remember begging him. He was such a kind man. I remember him explaining how that wouldn't be possible... that you already had a Dad. I asked him "what if I ask real nice to live with them, then Miss Willie could be my Mom and you could still be my Dad (my childhood mind trying to understand grown up relationships). He told me "Sure, but you gotta ask her first". I ran as fast as my little legs would carry me. I'm sure he called ahead to give her a heads up. Mom was so sweet and kind. She gave me such a big smile and a hug, and then she sat me down in the kitch and we talked briefly. She didnt tell me anything. She ASKED  me questions and helped me learn to hear myself. I remember always feeling welcome, safe, and loved in your home. No doubt, there are hundreds of children who carry her imprint, as well.
