William (Bill) King Hung Wong was born on January 15, 1951 in Hoi Ping, China. He was one of five children born from Tam Wai Kun and Wong Kwok Hin. Wong King Hung graduated from Lee Kau Yan Memorial School in Hong Kong in 1969 before working very hard to begin Collegiate School in Canada.
