William "Bill" James Westermeyer passed away on September 11, 2023 in Port Charlotte, Florida. Bill was born in Chicago, Illinois February 16, 1939. He is survived by his wife Yvonne Iris Eggleston Westermeyer, his children, her children, their children, their grandchildren, and his brothers. Bill retired from his time in the US Navy, Honolulu Police Department, and Honolulu Liquor Commission. He spent his life in and on the ocean with family and friends. He will …
