I had the pleasure of knowing Billy the last 3 years. He was very bright, but what was most impressive to me as his attorney was that he was upbeat, optimistic and enthusiastic about life even when in the midst of adversity and trying circumstances. One of the most valuable traits a person can possess. Deepest condolences to Meadow and son.
