It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, and grandfather, Dr. William “Bill” Wayne Mathews of Norfolk, VA, on May 9, 2024 at the age of 73. Bill was born in Norwich, CT, the son of William Mathews and Virginia (Mathews) Berghinzo (nee Hamlin).
