William F. Wagner IV age 54 passed away suddenly on May 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents William III and Joy Wagner, sisters Jenny Wagner, and Deborah (Debbi) Schade . He is survived by his girlfriend Sandra Overstreet, daughter Amanda Lopez, grandson Dominick Lopez, brother-in-law Hollis Schade, nieces Brianne Murphy, Hayla & Taiya Booth, nephew Brandon Murphy and many friends including Tammy Overstreet & Zelda. There will be a memorial service TBD in Cumberland, MD.
