William's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Vargas. Known affectionately as "Coach",  Born on June 8, 1958, William departed from this world on October 25, 2025, leaving a deep void in our lives.

William is survived by his  wife, Gleny .  His brother Angel Vargas and sister Evelyn Lewis ,  Ray Shawn Ward, Will Ward, and Phillip Vargas, will remember their father with love and respect.  Predeceased  by his Mother Rosa Cabrera and Father Vincent Vargas . His legacy will also live on  by his 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

William was a proud  Knight of Columbus and was a devoted attendee at the Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne, FL. His  commitment to service inspired those around him and left a lasting impact on this community.

William was a man of simple pleasures. He loved anything barbecue, with extra sauce, of course. Those close to him will fondly recall his love of music  especially , Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Hector Lavoe to name a few . He enjoyed watching old  movies and had a particular soft spot for singing, a hobby that brought much joy to those privileged to hear his voice.

As we grieve the loss of William, we will strive to celebrate his life and the countless memories he leaves behind. His legacy of love, service, and compassion will live on through his family, friends, and the many people he touched during his time with us.
