It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William "Bill" Toelcke on April 9, 2026. Born September 4, 1978, to William E. Toelcke and Roxanne Cruz in Juno, Alaska. Billy was known for his kind spirit and warm personality and constant urge to tease everyone he ever met. 

Billy grew up competing in taekwondo where he became a second degree black belt. He enjoyed camping, fishing, watching UFC fights, but his ultimate passion was cooking. Especially for those he loved and cared for. There was truly nothing like his food he created and he became very well known for that quality. In September of 2006, he married Jessica Jeppesen. They later divorced but she remained someone he cared deeply for.

William is survived by his sisters Bre (Adam) Dixon, Cherice (Ryan) Garcia, and Adrianna Cruz (Williams), Step mother, Lei Lani Smith, nieces and a nephew. He is proceeded by his father William E. Toelcke, and grandparents Marie Toelcke, William B. Toelcke, Pat Riley and Donald Sweeten. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and close friends.
